Michael Kozlowski | Founder, General Manager, Videographer & Editor
Michael graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Communication and TV Broadcasting. He started his career in 2007 with Worcester Public Access and continued his career as a journalist and video producer with many local companies in the Central MA Area. In 2015 He started his own videography company, Media Surge LLC. located in Worcester, MA. Michael offers his clients state of the art equipment including drones, Gimbals, and multiple high-end cameras to capture and produce high-quality videos. Michael loves skiing, he’s a big advocate for health and fitness and he’s a BIG New England Pats fan!
Lou Curelop | Business & Project Manager | Editor
Lou Curelop Graduated University of Massachusetts, in Amherst with BBA in 1984. She owns and operates Creative Catering out of Worcester, MA with her husband Chef Gary Curelop since 1988. In addition to managing Creative Catering, Lou developed a love for video production. Her passion for video production can be traced back to 2011 when she ran a fan page for 2011 X-factor runner-up Josh Krajcik. She created videos for his album premiere Blindly Lonely Lovely. From there she turned her hobby into a career and began working as a video editor with Media Surge based out of Worcester, MA. Today she owns her own video production company Creative Video Co. where her mission is to provide custom tailored videos at an affordable cost.
Pablo Minier | Videographer & Senior Editor
Pablo’s first camera was a Konica Autoreflex TC, a hand-me-down from his father. Often he reminisces about the excitement of packing some food, a roll of film and his camera and going out to capture the beauty of life around him. Similarly, he shares the same feeling on a set shooting a project. Pablo’s passion is to tell stories that matter, stories that connect with the audience at an emotional level and prompt action. DIY projects, power tools, and a proper bourbon are just a few of his hobbies when he’s not in field capturing memories.
Jorgy ‘Jorgito’ Cruz | Videographer & Editor
Jorgy had a passion for listening to crazy stories from his dad and uncles as a young child. Later in life, he found a new love, filmmaking. Luckily, his two loves go together like butter on warm toast. He successfully ran a production company called Grupo 7 and he is currently co-run Film•Keiks, a documentary-focused film company. He is constantly trying to come up with ways to share his stories, and other people’s journeys via video production. After many years of directing projects in Latin America and New York, he has made Boston his home. Aside from being obsessed with storytelling, he loves to cook, he’s a lifelong martial artist and a proud dad of a beautiful little baby girl named Ella Hope.
